- 1/3 cup dry whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 cup milk of your choice
- 3 tsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine pasta, water, and a pinch of salt in a large microwavable safe bowl
- Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every two minutes (Water should be mostly absorbed)
- Add 2 tsp cheddar cheese, milk, and cottage/ricotta cheese
- Stir and microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove from microwave and stir - Add remaining 1 tsp of cheddar cheese
