- 1 cup oats (I used quick oats)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray
- Combine oats, ground cinnamon, and sea salt
- Add applesauce and chocolate chips
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
This recipe makes 16 cookies at 56 calories per cookie
