Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces of your favorite greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
  1. In one bowl mix greek yogurt and egg
  2. In another bowl mix flour and baking soda
  3. Pour yogurt/egg mixture into the bowl with flour/baking soda
  4. Mix together. At this point better will be pretty thick
  5. Spoon batter onto griddle or pan
  6. Cook until golden brown on both sides
  7. Top pancakes with your favorite toppings - fresh fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.

This recipe makes 4 big or 8 small pancakes. A healthy alternative to regular pancakes!! Enjoy!!
