- 6 ounces of your favorite greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
- In one bowl mix greek yogurt and egg
- In another bowl mix flour and baking soda
- Pour yogurt/egg mixture into the bowl with flour/baking soda
- Mix together. At this point better will be pretty thick
- Spoon batter onto griddle or pan
- Cook until golden brown on both sides
- Top pancakes with your favorite toppings - fresh fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.
This recipe makes 4 big or 8 small pancakes. A healthy alternative to regular pancakes!! Enjoy!!
